  1. hmmm… He is externally rotating his shoulders while keeping his shoulders down and back, working his rotator cuff muscles(infraspinatus, and teres minor) It would only be dangerous if some outside force was pushing his shoulders past there normal ROM. He is not “destabalizing” anything, buddy.
