For this video, I thought I’d discuss my views on this and what you should do in this situation. As hard as this advice may be to take in, I feel it is certainly the best thing you can do as you’ll only be making things harder for yourself. In fact, I think it’s the opposite. I think that if they’re willing to be friends with you already, it shows they don’t need any time to get over you – they’re already there. When you still have feelings for someone, surely the last thing you would want to do is be friends as it means those feelings will keep going as opposed to giving you some time and space to get over it?
I have seen so many people, young and old, go through break ups. I have heard both sides of a break up story so many times and this is just what I strongly feel is how people think and how they feel in these kind of situations. This fella may tell you that he still likes you, and he may still have some feelings, but that doesn’t mean he wants to be with you. If he wants to be with you, he’ll do something about it!
People can say these things, but words are just words. If she loved you, why did she leave you?
It’s absolutely worth moving on. It sounds like he likes having you there as a temporary source of affection until he finds someone else! Think higher of yourself – you’re better than that. Go out and be with someone who wants to be with you just as much as you want to be with them!
It’s not fair on your current boyfriend to be with him whilst you still have ANY feelings for your ex – let alone feelings that are stronger than you have for the current one! I know you feel like the victim from your past relationship, but now you’re making your current boyfriend the victim by being with him when your feelings are as they are.

This video was actually helpful. My ex had been messing me around for ages, we broke up because i couldn’t handle him being flirtatious and him abusing me any time i confided in him. He claimed he had issues i suggested a 6 month break and that whole time he would say, i love you and miss you i dont wanna lose a big part of my life. When i suggested we should go back out he said no but he doesnt wanna lose me. Ive cut off contact with him and this has helped me not hurt myself.
