Hey Kurt i agree with you that True self confidence does come from within but my question is how do you actually build true self esteem that isnt affected by external comments etc?For instance to be confident with women you surely have to have had success with women otherwise where do you get that belief from in the first place?Please reply if you can mate to this question.I Think alot of guys would be wondering the same thing!Thanks 🙂

TBH I think looks do matter somewhat, for instance I used to have really long hair and be a bit chubs but then I cut it into a nice mid length style and dropped ten Kgs and my success with chicks improved DRAMATICALLY, I still don’t have sexual choice though so it’s not enough but i still think it’s good to keep up your appearance
