Although you are attractive I wouldnt say that you are young looking for your age. You look like a woman in her early to mid fifties. Google Jennifer Beals. She is 49 and she looks like she is in 39. Google Salma Hayek as well. She is 46 and she looks like she is in her early 30’s.
I’m 23, and I’m not a bodybuilder. I do it mostly for health and sport reasons but I do take a lot of inspiration from the classic bodybuilders like Steve Reeves who didn’t just look great but were brilliant athletes too. Are there any yoga channels on youtube you can recommend or is it better to get instruction in person?
I do a lot of weight training around 3 times a week and cardio in the days in between, and my diet is pretty clean with plenty of water and sleep so I think I’m doing the right thing since I’ve got the mesomorph build of a small waist and broad shoulders but I don’t know if I should add something that works on my flexibility. Is yoga the sort of thing that will help young guys or is it not intense enough? I think its usually a thing women do more often right?
It’s much more difficult for women, the whole ageing business. For me I think I’ll be ok because I have a highly masculine face with a strong jawline and high cheekbones so it’ll just look more distinguished like my father. Men can get away with age in a way women can’t.
But on the other hand we lose agency, with age I lose physical power as well as intellectual prowess as the mind slows and both those things worry me.

You’re beautiful and look very youthful and vibrant. I’m 39 and am commonly mistaken for being in my mid to late twenties. I think it’s partially genetic. My brother is the same way. He’s 43 and still has that 20s look and vibe going. He’s also very muscular and athletic.
