Not that part… nevermind, I thought cell phones don’t receive transmission from within elevators. Apparently they do.
A cellular phone is a phone that could be in a certain location at any given time provided it is charged and will make a call not requiring cables. Once they are in that location which is usually largely spanned you can make a call in this area if you are above it or below it you can make a call. This phone is lightweight and usually only requires one hand.
