By the way, I hear a lot of people keep on talking about a course that created by popular motivator known as Zumavelax Secrets (do a google search), but I’m not sure if it’s good. Yes, I agree with you. In fact, I wrote a book about this (“Stronger Better Happier”). I don’t believe we should sacrifice our own happiness, but rather, that we should avoid over-focusing on the self, which definitely doesn’t bring happiness (been there, done that ,-) haha In my experience, a balanced approach is usually best (what the Buddhists call the “middle way =)
to be able to “give happiness” you’ve got to have it yourself first. You cant give what you dont already have. If you put others first all the time and try to make everyone else happy sacrificing your happiness you end up drained and sad and lost. I spent so much of my life putting others happiness before my own and ended up with nothing

Either way. Just getting in the giving spirit and feeling good emotions about giving is the most important thing. It’s very “attractive.” What you want to avoid is trying to give with an ulterior motive to get something in return. Giving freely and without expectations works best.
Well, but does the mean of giving has to be the same of earning? Or I can give by one means and get through another? Because I do charity, but I can´t earn from it.

O forgot to mention, you aren’t limited to giving money or material things. You can give your time, encouragement, etc.
Giving works best when it makes you feel good to do it, so let that be your guide. Giving out of guilt or to try to get something in return is not very effective. Giving simply because it feels good to do it is the right way IMO.
