Of course this is absolutely 100 % crap. All people who have ever done a few minutes of meditation will know this fact as soon as they see the first few cycles of this video. The sound is taken from the well known Jose Silva’s famous centering exercise. The flashing images instead of creating a calm, only trigger an anxiety, the exact opposite of what the alpha frequency would do. It is like spreading pure table salt over a delicious cake.
