What Tyler is trying to say is to keep the good qualities about yourself, and ditch the bad ones. If you have bad body language or put the pussy on a pedestal, you’re techinically being “yourself” at the time. But what defines the self? You do. Create your own awesome personality by ridding yourself of shitty ass beta qualities, replacing them with good ones, and keeping your already accumulated good personality traits… It’s not rocket science my friend.
