Abhi apologises to Manju and tells her that the doctors believed him to be Anuj and told him everything about her illness. Manju bursts into tears. Abhi consoles her and tells her that they should tell Rajinder about it. But she forbids him from doing so. A distressed Omi walks aimlessly on the streets, while Neetu and Simi search for him. Manju collapses in pain and Abhi rushes her to a hospital. He also informs Rajinder about it. Dadi tells Neetu that she is expecting a couple of ladies who were to take care of Neetu after her delivery and she wanted Omi to go and pick them up. Neetu makes an excuse for Omi. When Neetu and Simi are discussing about lodging a complaint with the police, they see an accident. Neetu is shocked to find Omis spectacles at the spot. At the hospital, they come to know that the accident victim had died.
