What you are describing, I have been doing all of my life naturally. People have to know that we are spiritual beings having a human experience.
if you believe your higher self is a demon, you might want to take steps to correct that. By the way, the kahuna of Hawaii believed you could CHOOSE your Higher Self. I don’t agree, depending on how that is defined, however it is an interesting concept. You get what you focus on. Go read Jesus’ parable of the man who had the demon cast out of him and didn’t replace it with anything positive and ended up worse off in the end than he was at first. Focus on your Ideals.
