Karan is deeply repentant and inconsolable thinking about Lakshmi. On the other hand, Chandralekha is worried seeing the divorce papers sent by Lakshmi. She prays to God to help Karan find Suryakant. Karan reaches a village and inquires with the tribals whether they had seen an elderly man fall from the cliff but he is unable to understand him.
