I’m seeing a psychologist regularly.I have done some stupid shit like drinking to reduce the pain.I lie to my parents and get really angry sometimes and smash things.The guys with the facebook account found out i was suicidal and called me to tell me it wasn’t worth it but i don’t believe them.I also think i’m mentallike anxiety,paranoid and so on.I’m so deep down i even found a few ways/places to hang myself,drown,jump down and so on.Please help this is really hard for me

You see just recently some guys i know decided to fuck with me so they made a fake girl facebook account and added me as a friend and started talking to me.
