It’s up to everyone to decide what they think looks more healthy. Just keep your minds open. It’s great that he has tried different variants of raw food so we can see the change on his body and skin.

  6. your not strong, your body fat percentage is VERY low and just shows whatever muscles you got on your bones. You probably dont get much protein so you’re just bone, small muscle, and skin. You maybe fit, but not strong. youd be good running marathons, you got a perfect body for it!

  7. We need to eat a lot of fruit and vegetables. However, you cannot deny the fact that top athletes are all meat eaters.. Michael Jordan, Roger Federer, and the name really goes on and on.. a little meat with a lot of fruit and vegies beats a raw vegan diet.
