To block adds you have to right click on them and chose block from the bottom of the menu. It will give a choice of just blocking the image or block the frame – Block the frame on the YT ad. Dont go too crazy with it or thumbnails from some videos will start disappearing. Never figured how to unscrew that one aside from reinstall FF.
I use flash block also on the cheap vegas show on the front page disappears.
i installed asblock and i still see it. what do i do?
Use adblock for firefox and make sure to block the ad over the partner banner and and even the in video ads disappear. I have not looked at an ad in a very long time. I like my youtube clean and ad free.
