Incredible acting, diction and dialogues. All the crew, especially actors, writers and directors of this series deserve a zillion kudos. Mukesh Khanna (Bhishm), Nitish Bhardwaj (Krishna) and Puneet Issar (Duryodhan) stand distinct.
Don’t watch it just for the clothing and culture- it is an extremely deep philosophical work. Check out that aspect too

Winning over these emotions and performing actions being detached is inself a challenge. Each one of Kauravas were much much stronger than Pandavas (Identify all emotions). It is Intelligence (Personified as Lord Krishna) , that wins the war without lifting weapons. Pandavas are Possitive emotions . Both Pandavas and Kauravas are instruments here.
karan was the student of parshuram from whom bhisma also took education…karna was better archer than arjun,,,during the mahabharat war karna almost killed arjun but krishna saved him,,,
arjun was master archer always….he just needed correct guidence which narayana gave him…n guided him on d path of victory

arjun could have been best of his times,but he was a mere child in front of seasoned practitioners and expert archers like Karna and Bheeshma.. Karna is arguably the greatest archer & warrior of his times who could win Mahahbharat battle purely on the basis of his genius and art of archery. Bheeshma is truely ace warrior who wasnt beaten for ages. He is like a true Don Bradman of modern era. Krishna was determental to Arjuns success otherwise these two culd ‘ve crushed Arjun like a child..
