On returning home from the Jagrata, Manju asks Simi if Rajiv had tried to molest her during their outing. She even asks about Rajivs character and also whether she agreed for the marriage only for the happiness of the family. Simi breaks down in her mothers arms. On the other hand, Abhi is very upset over Simis persistence to marry Rajiv. Manju begins to feel guilty about forcing Simi into the marriage and decides to tell everything to Rajinder. Rajiv again calls up Simi to threaten her. Anuj comes back after dropping Anita and admits to Manju that Rajiv had used him as a pawn in order to put pressure on Simi. He even apologises to Simi for being selfish. When Rajinder returns after a while, Manju tells him everything about Rajiv.
