Actually that’s not really true. I am an introvert but I have worked with my confidence by speaking with random women in grocery stores. I believe that yes, you can build your confidence. But there are some times where you’re born introverted by nature and you cannot change that no matter how much you want to.

Yes I’m sure…while I agree with what your trying to say, the fact of the matter is that these men, whilst being themselves, do not send out the vibes that women find attractive and end up in the friend zone or just get rejected…It’s easier said than done for most people as well! Are you sure? People want to be accepted by all. And so they tend to be desperate for confirmation. And if they dont get it well, you become more and more shy. But if you just relax be yourself and dont give a fuck about what people think about you. That will not only show that you are confident but more open as well.
